ORDERINGWe offer a secure online ordering system, keeping your information private. When your order is placed online, you will receive an email confirmation. You will also receive an email with your shipping confirmation when your order ships.
Order Processing● In-stock orders are processed and usually ship within 1-3 business days of payment receipt. ● Shipping for Out of Stock, Back ordered and "direct from artist" items may take more time. ● Items that ship directly from artists may incur additional fees. ● Lead times and any additional fees are posted within the item's description.
Payment Options● Credit cards are processed via Stripe secure checkout. ● We do not use PayPal or Venmo due to the high level of fraud.
Gift ServicesWe offer a free gift message with every order that is completed during checkout.
SHIPPINGProcessing TimeIn-Stock orders are processed and usually ship within 1-3 days of payment receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping for Custom, Out of Stock and/or Back ordered items may take more time. Custom items, that ship directly from our artists, may take extra time. Please refer to the item's description for information.
Shipping PricesAll orders ship for a flat rate fee of $10.00. If you need a shipping upgrade, email us.
Shipping Transit Times● Transit is approximately 5-10 days for stocked items. ● Orders shipping directly from our artists have their ship transit times listed in the item's description. ● Please note due to post office issues, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
International OrdersAt this time, we only ship to the USA.
Delivery● We provide a delivery confirmation/tracking number for each order. ● If your delivery location is not secure and you require a signature confirmation, please let us know when you place your order.● It is important to provide an accurate shipping address.● We are not responsible for any lost package, that is confirmed as delivered, per the postal carrier.● Additionally if a package is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for the cost to reship the order.
ETC...ReturnsWe do not accept returns, nor are we responsible for packages lost in the mail. If you would like your order insured, please contact us.
